TearOFFs allows menus to be torn off in any application. It can tear hierarchials as well. Great for large monitors. Save yourself from those long trips to the menubar. It tear off titles (TOTs) as well, miniature tear off menus. TearOFFs works with all system configurations above 6.0.

Oddities we have to live with (for now):
Menus from Window Manager, NowMenus, and the like, can be torn off but will instantly dissapear. This is caused by the way these extensions work. There may be a way around this in the future, but until then we'll have to live with it. Note: If you order those extensions after TearOFFs you will not be able to tear them off.

Closing TOMs/TOTs in Symantec GreatWorks™ (Of all the ironies)
MORE 3.1 has some cosmetic problems with TearOFFs (Yet another irony).
BeHierarchic has some incompatable (Edit menu in Excel for example).
KiwiPowerWindows is totally incompatable (I have linked them, if you wish to use TearOFFs and KPW, you should consider emailing them as well).
It has also been reported that the latest version of the Banyon Vines networking software is incompatability.
